26.07.2010. Abandoned stage in Subang Perdana 1...Action from MBSA Landscape very slow..

29.07.2010. Accident-proned area at the entrance to Subang Perdana 1. Request JKR to rectify with solution by erecting a barrier from allowing traffic to turn to SP...Unsolved

10.08.2010: Ballotiing of Lots for hawkers of Wet market in Pekan Subang- Solved.
13.08.2010. Rubbish collection and unrepaired facilities at Subang Perdana 2...Unsolved.

Land-owners's difficulties in getting an access road ..Unsolved.

28.09.2010. All the landowners from lot 4012-4023 amicably compromised and agreed to settle the problem with the exception from lot 4018 and 4019 that he will not surrender a part for access road to MBSA . In this situation, MBSA will not procced with the road construction on this 2 lots.Work for demolition of factories in this 2 lots starts on 5 Oct.2010...CASE CLOSED.

Matter brought up.Now in the process of tendering.

Request from Mobil Petrol station to provide access and entrance to Pasar MBSA baru in Pekan Subang.

Illegal carnival set-up in Subang Perdana 2..Action by compound by Enforcement. CASE CLOSED.
